flatten the TabStrip when window size to small (mobile view)
When the user open with pc or ipad (or bigger screens) then the TabStrip is fine. But when he opens the page with mobile phone its better to have no Tabstrip at all and just have the content pages one after the other with some heading.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Unfortunately this kind of behavior would not be very accurate for a navigation widget like the tabstrip. 

We believe that the recently introduced scrollable functionality for it (http://kendoui-feedback.telerik.com/forums/127393-telerik-kendo-ui-feedback/suggestions/2587567-scroll-able-tabstrip) should work out well in mobile scenarios either. You can test it on this demo:
