Add quick year selection as a configuration option to Date pickers
Today you can scroll through the months but what if I want to scroll through years? I have to go and type instead of using the cool drop down functionallity.

You can do that by opening the date picker and clicking the calendar popup header two times, Mark. 

You can test it on any of the date picker demos, for instance this one:
