Add "togglable:" attribute to all Kendo UI buttons
Toolbar buttons have a toggle attribute available, but it should be extended to all buttons (stand alone and editor) as well.

Toggle state is not universally applicable for all Kendo UI buttons. In case you need to utilize toggle button states, consider using our ButtonGroup widget for this purpose:

It can be used both in mobile web and hybrid mobile scenarios.
