Improve performance for large TreeLists (virtualization)

As discussed on the forum (http://www.telerik.com/forums/virtualization-for-treelist) please improve the rendering/scrolling/expanding/collapsing performance of TreeLists with many expanded rows.

Grids support virtualization and work well with hundreds of thousands of rows (http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/virtualization-local-data). Perhaps virtualization can be added to TreeLists to achieve similar results?

ok Sorry I apparently didn't read far enough..client side scripting solution does the trick.

This really is an awesome component that has so much utility to it. But we < 100 records max because of the delay, it really has marginalized the application set that can use this phenomenal work. I highly recommend up voting this pagination because that frankly is the best way to stop 10,000 rows etc to be pulled back at one time.

Hey everyone!

With R3 2018 we introduced Client-Side Paging to help address the performance concerns that folks have mentioned around the TreeList. To check it out please refer to this link:

I'll mark this as "Completed" for this release. If there are other areas of feedback around TreeList and performance feel free to submit this or vote for related items.

This would be very helpful when any node has hundreds of children node. Virtualization on page scroll would be great...
