Thank you for sharing an interest in implementing this functionality in the Export to Excell feature. However, it is not available yet but it does sound like a fantastic enhancement we could look into adding to our configuration options out of the box. The opinion of our clients is important to us, so if a feature is desired by many, we implement it as soon as possible. 

Additionally, there is sheets.rows.cells.wrap configuration option, which wraps the cell value when enabled. It helps with adjusting Excel export to support text wrapping, font size, orientation and other Excel settings. The respective API documentation section demonstrates how this option can be used.
