Fix table insert for editor in Internet Explorer
Inserting a new table in the editor in IE ignores the current cursor position and adds the table as the first element. If you add a new table, this will be added in the first cell of the first table.

Reproduced locally, seems like a bug to me. Please report it via our forums or support system on telerik.com to get it resolved by our engineering team. This portal is for feature/enhancement or new widgets suggestions.
