Hi, 
that's only partially correct, the scrollbars does't readapt if the work area changes.
I mean, if you try to drag a shape outside of the visible area (the svg area), the scrollbars does not adapt to go to the "new" BBox() of the first <g> tag inside the <svg>

This is supported by setting height and enable scrolling for the diagram container wrapper. See this demo in which I use a div wrapper for this purpose:
