i really needed Upload By Folder like goolge drive uploader. i hope kendo will add that feature.

Admin. just add directory="" webkitdirectory="" mozdirectory="". its working

This implementation would be really helpful, since this is the expected behavior when setting the widget to load everything in a batch request.

Webdav or a DMS would be better suited for this and kendo is neither.
