Bar Chart date axis: First day of week should be taken from the current culture
The bar chart should read the value for the first day or the week from the current culture set with kendo.culture.

Hello, Luis,

Thank you for reporting that. 

We are currently reviewing the feedback portal and it appears that this is a bug as opposed to a missing feature. I have logged it in our public repository and added some Telerik points to your account.
