Allow chart's legend.orientation to be used when legend.position is not "custom"
In kendo.dataviz.ui.Chart, the legend.orientation is only used when the legend.position is set to "custom".  I want to be able to set the legend.orientation to "vertical" and the legend.position to "bottom", but if I do that, the chart ignores the orientation and uses the horizontal orientation.

You are right, I was able to reproduce that locally. This seems like a bug in the chart, hence I suggest you submit this report via the forums or support system on telerik.com. Thus it'll be reviewed and addressed by my colleagues.
