NumericTextBox for Kendo Mobile
Just like the NumericTextBox in Kendo Web, but for Mobile!

The numeric textbox widget can be used in Kendo UI Mobile application and should render and operate as expected. Hence there's no need to duplicate this widget in our mobile suite.

Alternatively, input type=number is also supported, as you can see from this demo:
