The Kendo UI splitter needs to have an explicit 'height' property/method to handle window resizing. Had to switch to a third-party control

Please see 'Subject' line the <div> resizing didn't work as advertised and the splitter itself resizes to '0px'

Is the explicit call to the resize method, as explained in this topic: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/getting-started/using-kendo-with/using-kendo-in-responsive-web-pages, applicable for your scenario?
