Add support for Labels for Bullet Charts
My marketing department has requested a specific look for a chart. The Moc up image is http://i.imgur.com/Z2hKaei.jpg in order to achive what they are asking I need the Labels to work in the Bullet Charts. 

It would also be great if you could add a label to the Target as pictured in the image.

The Bullet Chart labels are supported as of R1 2023.

Thank you for upvoting this feature request.

The more popularity a feature request gets, the higher up in our planning priorities it goes.

When the feature is high in demand, the Product Managers and Team Managers discuss when it should be implemented. The alternative for this is our Feature Acceleration programme which is a separate offering and it allows for a company to speed up the process.
