Add a small nanoscopic progress bar
Add a small nanoscopic progress bar featuring realistic trickle animations to convince your users that something is happening. This would be perfect for Turbolinks, Pjax, and other Ajax-heavy SPA's.

This is supported in the mobile sample application demonstrated here:
http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/mobile/apps/cuteness

You can employ similar logic for custom scenarios in accordance with your project concepts, without being built-in functionality.
