add server side wrapper jsp for mobile
add server side wrapper jsp for mobile, support MVC binding, when server side data change, mobile side widget auto change

The mobile application and widgets primary target is the hybrid application deployment model, where native-like experience is one of the critical requirements. A server-side wrapper does not fit that deployment model. In addition to this, we consider that server post backs and page reloads do not fit the native-like mobile application UI.
