Disable columnMenu
I want specific column in Kendo UI grid canbe disable columnMenu! Now only can disable sortable and filterable but not the whole columnMenu~

it is not supported the same way as disabling sorting or filtering but only with some Javascript which is not a good solution and not consistent...

please add this to the grid
