I agree with both Michael and Robin. We are currently looking at the JQuery/JS hack originally suggested to Brandon (see http://www.telerik.com/forums/additional-command-in-the-pageable-bar) but having the ability to combine the toolbar and pagination features would save a lot of space... and in this case, a bunch of workaround.

Having both the toolbar and the pageable bar creates an overflow of unused Space and it would be a benifit if only one bar could handle both. Therefor adding a few simple image buttons to the left or right of the refresh-button would be very much appreciated.
