Axis Labels text-decoration
Support for more styling options for labels, for example, ability to add "text-decoration" to make the label look like a hyperlink.

Hello,

Text decoration does not have an equivalent in Canvas rendering mode. This will yield inconsistent results between modes.

The suggested alternative is to use color and font weight as a workaround.
