kendo grid foreignkey binding against a remote data source
Ability for a grid to show foreign key values from a remote datasource rather than just a fixed array.

The value option the grid offers ist NOTflexible enough:

I agree - this is an important feature, as it opens up a number of options (dynamic refresh of list options, output caching of pages containing foreign keys with non-static options, etc)
