Have a way to remove padding from the Kendo Chart. For asthetic purposes some charts need to fill the entire area. Currently all of our area charts just have a straight line that comes up out of the x-axis and it looks like garbage. we need a way to remove the space from where the chart area starts and stops and where the actual area chart is contained. It should also be noted that both high charts and jqueryui charts can do this. Most people purchase kendo so they can have a consistent toolset.
If this has been corrected we should remove it from this forum and allow the people that voted for it to apply there votes elsewhere.
a heads up, this was fixed in the latest internal build. http://www.kendoui.com/forums/dataviz/chart/stretching-a-chart-across-100-of-the-chartarea.aspx It works great!
I agree. High Charts is so much more versatile than the Kendo version. It's a shame, because everything else is so great. Is High Charts open source? Is it legal to borrow some of their code to make this happen?
