add general purpose toolbar for kendoui mobile
It would be like navbar but separately stylable (by default black) and one that can be placed into a footer. Like navbar it could hold buttons, only title would be omitted

The toolbar widget is adaptable on mobile, despite not behaving as a native toolbar on iOS and WP8.

I don't believe this is completed as the request was specifically for mobile.  The toolbar delivered is for the desktop environment or at least I don't see a mobile demo of it being used like an ios toolstrip or wp appbar type treatment.

Yes the current tabstrip treatment on Windows Phone is styled like a toolbar (eg meant for commands not navigation).  There should be an ios7 equivalent for the footer.
