Please pass more information in your events
Often, working with the Kendo events is difficult, because the events lack any kind of context. For example, the Change event should also pass back OldValue and NewValue, in case you need to do any additional comparative work on your own, without having to figure out how to get back to the DataItem and figure it out for yourself.

Also, if you are handling a Grid row changed event, or cell changed event, at the very least you should be passing the Uid of the row that changed, so I can get it from the data source.

Hello,

This feature request hasn't acquired a lot of votes since it has been logged. While we do think there is room for improvement with regard to the event data available in some events, more popular feature requests have been implemented over the years. If there is more demand for this one, we will consider making changes to the mentioned events and others, in which making more information available makes sense.

I remember having to deal with the problems of not having the oldValue in the change event for listbox before (and I've just faced it again so here's my upvote for that feature)

An 7-year old suggestion but it would certainly be very nice to see that implemented.

...and the grid save event should let you know which cell and which model field has changed.
