Add a visual queue to Grid Column Headers when a column is filtered
Currently when using the Column Menu, there is no visual queue to indicate that the column has a filter applied to it.

Implemented in Q1 2015,  can be tested in this demo: http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/column-menu

This is now implemented except when the column menu option is chosen. Please also include the visual queue when the column menu is on and a column is filtered.
