Add a "No Records" template to Mobile And Web Listview
add a No Records template option to the Mobile Listview to handle scenarios where a datasource is empty - without having to wire in additional special logic to deal with this (common) scenario

Would be great to have; is a requirements for virtually all applications I can think of.

Same goes for grid, especially removing paging controls when there's no content.
