Does feel a bit odd given that there is one for the ajax controls

Any update on whether Telerik have any plans to add a rating control to KendoUI please? If something was in evaluation last October, surely it must be nearly ready by now?  Or are rating controls that much harder than others? 

To my mind this is still a glaring omission from the KendoUI suite.

I would be more than happy to contribute it to Kendo Labs if I knew how to.

Why don't we have common controls from Telerik ASP.Net in MVC - customers have already voted for them there... 

In recent times Telerik quality and output speed have dropped drastically. I am disappointed by the way things are going, I am a paying customer for years and was a fan of Telerik controls but now, not only have poor documentation you are throwing out garbage products in market - was considering to upgrade my package to ultimate but when I checked out your mobile platform - I was like why is Telerik even selling those....

Its been a few years since Telerik MVC/Kendoui is in market but its still lacking basic controls...

I expect Telerik to preform as they did for silverlight/Wpf/ASP.Net Ajax

I want to add rating control in Kendo grid is there way to add it. 

We have tried some rating control but we enable to get the id. Suppose we put the div and that div to put the rating control the problem here is that we unable to get the div. we have put this in kendo grid.
   
Please let us know how to get the div control or there is any other better way.

I also need this control as well. If we use a third party jQuery UI widget, how can we use the third party widget with Kendo theme?

Star rating is a must have feature. Would be great to got some features like:
- variable star count (5 stars, 10 stars etc.)
- half stars (3,5 Stars, 2,5 Stars)
