Make kendo use twitter bootstrap elements
It could be really nice if kendoui played well with twitter bootstrap, and widgets could be set through options to use the twitter bootstrap class names for buttons (.btn) etc. by a simple switch.

It is sad to read these comments. I've just spent a lot of money for Kendo but I've also just discovered bootstrap. I've been using blueprint, but bootstrap looks far superior - I guess that's because it is using the newer HTML 5 can CSS3. I sure hope the Kendo will get with it and figure out a way to play with bootstrap.

Seems good enough for http://try.kendoui.com/ (Kendo Dojo) - so why not for the product direction itself?

would be great to see the bootstrap style on kendoui... I'm using kendo only because of the grid :P

Adding my 2 cents. We also use bootstrap everywhere. The only reason for using kendoui at all is that I needed a dropdown that accepted free text input in a good way and the kendoui dropdown is the only one I found that did not require adding another framework than jquery to the mix. As long as it kendoui has no support for bootstrap wil wil try to minimize it's use however. If I can find a better dropdown it will be removed all together

Shame this is declined, Twitter bootstrap usage is exploding right now with good reason and as a convert myself I keep wanting to use KendoUI and then giving up as it is too cumbersome to integrate.

I'd rather spend 20 minutes customing a jquery plugin to use bootstrap than grapple with trying to make the datepicker control larger, match the grid theme to my site or switch out the sprites.

The framework is great and a no brainer, but for now I'll steer clear of the UI widgets. A Kendo Bootstrap as suggested would be a huge step forward IMO.

I would rather see a state of the art Kendo bootstrap
