Add file manager to the HTML editor
It would be great to have file manager support in addition to the image manager for the HTML editor. Some sort of way to upload resources, organize them, crop (for images), and ultimately select from a picker to be included in the HTML markup.

Make sure what we feed it is flexible enough that the images can come from a different domain than one document editor is on.

This would be a great feature to add.  We have not been able to replace several sites with Kendo UI because we are using the Telerik AJAX editor which has the document manager.  People upload documents as much or more than they upload images.

As an addition, can you also include the ability to rename an existing folder?
