PanelBar Expanded\Collapsed
Provide us a way to initialize the nodes of a panelbar to expanded\collapsed during kendo initialization instead of after kendo renders it.

Hi Steve

You should be able to do this with the PanelBar style.  The active panel bar is the one with the class "k-state-active".  If you do not set this style, the panel will be initialized as collapsed.  We will update the documentation to make this more clear.
