Once a theme is created and the css/less code is grabbed, the only way to easily and visually modify the theme later is to input all the old values back into the themebuilder. It would be nice if there was a way to easily get the values back into the themebuilder from a created theme. To take a page from jQuery UI, they stick a commented out URL into the theme's CSS that will automatically load the themeroller with all values filled out. This is extremely handy for modifying themes.
This themebuilder is a step forward, but isn't yet at the same level as the jquery ui theme builder. For example the images/icons background color can't be changed. This is a must be if you want to adapt for example the background color of your header grid. By the way you can adapt the background color of your header grid, but you can't change the color of the text in the header by the themebuilder...
This feature has been implemented and is available via the ThemeBuilder bookmarklet. When the bookmarklet is started on a page, it infers the theme from the same page, “opening” the theme automatically. We'll also document this for clarity.
Hi John, Unfortunately, we don't have any updates to share at this time.
OK... four months later can we get an update on this one?
Allow to import or to use JQuery UI themes.
