Hide/Show trend when click on corresponding legend in DataViz
Or more flexible:

Allow developers to handle user's click on a DataViz legend item.

And provide the possibility to set/reset the visibility of a DataViz serie not only his opacity.

Those are indeed meaningful suggestions to enrich the interactivity of the chart legent - thanks for sharing!

I am glad to inform you that this feature is included in the Q1 2013 SP of Kendo UI. You can download the current version of Kendo UI and try it or you can examine our online demos.

Absolutely, being able to handle the click on a legend item would be fantastic! Sometimes the pie slice or bar is too small to click on by itself, but if we could click on the legend and then choose what to do with it (show/hide, drill down, etc.), that would be perfect.

Dave, we were in the same boat.  Migrated from Highcharts to the Telerik MVC components and then KendoUI.  We still have not been able to get this feature back.

This definitely needs adding, as it's default behaviour supported by HighCharts: click a legend item and the associated series is hidden or reshown, and the graph resizes vertically.

We were promised this feature was going to be added to the old Telerik MVC Chart a LONG time ago... the positive response and guarantee of this being added was one of the reasons we purchased the suite.
