The splitter control does not work well on the iPad
Just test the basic usage sample on the web site.
If you are able to set all splitters as you wish, you are the king!
All other controls work as expected.

The splitter seems to behave normally on iPad in online demos:
http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/web/splitter/index.html

If you experience specific issues with the latest versions of the splitter widget when used on iPad, please report them via our support system on telerik.com.
