PdfViewer: Invalid rendering with German culture (Regression)
PdfViewer: Invalid rendering with German culture (Regression). Some text is missing and the rendering is broken.

This is issue in any culture using comma as decimal separator. Workaround is to change cultures number format to invariant culture (dot as decimal separator and comma as thousands separator until fix is released)
