This will help us better investigating this behavior. Could I ask you to send to us this document.
You can send it in a private ticket thread in order to not expose sensitive data in a public post. If you decide to provide the document with the problematic behavior, you can be certain that it will be used only for investigation purposes of this case and your privacy will be respected. Confidentiality is also described in our product EULA - Article III Section 12 of the DevCraft UI EULA.
Please, mention this (Handle the cases when the page is rendered slowly and the document appears empty) bug report so we can easily relate the ticket to it.
