We have investigated that issue and it seems related to a strange behavior of the .NET Framework API used by RadRichTextBox to determine if it is in IME mode or not. The task is still not scheduled for fixing and I cannot say when a fix might be released. I would like to once again apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing you.
