UI for WPF: Delay in opening VS NuGet manager window when Telerik UI for WPF NuGet is referenced to the project
The delay is observed when the project already references one of our WPF NuGet and you open the NuGet window to add more NuGets.

The issue is not reproducible anymore with the Telerik NuGet Server version 3 (https://nuget.telerik.com/v3/index.json) and the latest versions of Visual Studio  - 2019/2019 Preview and 2022.
