ChartView: Candlestick UpStroke/DownStroke properties are not correctly updated when Close property is less than Open

Workaround: Bind the UpStroke and DownStroke properties of the Candlestick via custom style (which is set to the DefaultVisualStyle property) to properties from the model. Then in the setter of the Close property, can set different color depending on whether the Close is less than Open property.

This behavior was originally reported over 9 years ago and has not received significant demand or follow-up from the community since then. This is why we plan to prioritize more impactful and widely requested improvements.
