GridView: Add a property to control whether RadGridView's TextSearch functionality is enabled
Available in LIB version 2016.3.1128, it will be also available in the 2017 R1 Release.

The text search is a nice feature and I'm sure a lot of customer appreciate it but it broke our app by taking away the existing Ctrl + F hotkey implementation. Our QA thought we had introduced a bug! Unfortunately we had to keep the existing nonstandard hot key because it was a carryover from and older system. Being able to turn this new feature off with a property would have been much easier than  implementing a CustomKeyboardCommandProvider in order to get this functionality back. Thank you
