ListBox: Add advanced keyboard navigation when the ItemsPanel is set to VirtualizingWrapPanel/WrapPanel
Currently only the "Up" and "Down" keyboard keys perform navigation. It would be useful if the "Left" and "Right"keys are also used for navigation.

The navigation should be as follows:
- Left goes left
- Right goes right
- Up goes up
- Down does down

It may be useful if selection will goes from last element of current row to the first element of next row while pressing Right. And same for Left
