The "auto" scrolling is inccorect after the ItemsPanel is changed at runtime
Available in the 2016 Q1 Release.

After further investigation we have changed the item title to reflect the cause of the issue.

Hi Mikael,

By design the "IsScrollIntoViewEnabled" enables or disables all of the "auto" scrolling functionality in the RadListBox control. This property should be used in scenarios where no such "auto" scrolling functionality is desired.

Regarding your other reported issue, we will do our best to resolve that issue as soon as possible. You could keep and eye on our release notes history (http://www.telerik.com/support/whats-new/wpf/release-history) for future updates around this case.

Since I need to set the "IsScrollIntoViewEnabled" property to false to avoid a bug in your component (reported and accepted), this totally breaks my possibilities to use textsearch.
