The issue is already fixed and is included in our LIB with version 2016.1.222.

I already provided these example files in support ticket #1007905, but can also upload them here for completeness.

Acrobat Reader and PDF-XChange Viewer render the text correctly while the RadPDFViewer component renders the text too far down.
