Carousel: When resizing and RadCarouselPanel.Path is defined, an ArgumentException is thrown

Workaround: The issue is reproducible only when path uses Uniform Stretch. As the Panel.Path property does not really render a geometrical path but sets a behavior, setting alternative Stretch value should not harm the application logic.
