PivotGrid: Provide a way to show/hide particular SubTotals of PivotGrid
Currently it is only possible to either show all or hide all subtotals.

The feature will be available in our next official version – R3 2018, scheduled for the middle of September.

Would be really nice if this get could get added...

We are switching to DevExpress as they have this functionality.

This is something I make use of a lot within Excel and it would be great if this functionality were included and exposed to the user via the RadPivotFieldList.
