Spreadsheet: Add support for Conditional Formatting
Add support for conditional formatting of cells - allow applying of rules used during visualization of cells to automatically apply formatting depending on their values.

Hello Marcin,

This portal is related to the UI for WPF and UI for Silverlight suites and the item concerns RadSpreadsheet for WPF.

For the web applications, you can use the model of RadSpreadsheet - RadSpreadProcessing. More information about this component is available at http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/document-processing/libraries/radspreadprocessing . In short, this is an independent of platform and UI library, which allows you process and generate spreadsheet documents of different formats. The feature request for conditional formatting in RadSpreadProcessing you can find at http://www.telerik.com/support/feedback .

We also need conditional formatting for web apps created in ASP.NET MVC

We have dashboards in excel, thinking of using kendo spreadsheet in web app to show the dashboard,  It is absolutely needed in dashboard types of spreadsheets.
