RichTextBox: Include the calculation of table borders into table layout
Include the calculation of table borders into table layout. The result should be that the borders do not affect the height and width of the row/cell.

Hello Viktor,
This functionality requires some rather complex changes and due to the low demand for it at this point it is not scheduled for implementation. I cannot comment on an estimate either. The best you could do is follow this item in order to be notified about any changes in the status.
