Chart: Annotations - create labels and flags over the chart area.
Additional functionality for creating labels and flags over the annotation is needed.

REASON FOR DECLINATION
This is supported out-of-the-box by the new RadChartView.

This would be a great feature.
I have been looking for a way to have "sparse" labels or notes / graphics specific to only certain datapoints, and I am very interested in the ability to show the annotations tied directly via binding to the seriesmapping obj

I too have this requirement.

I also think there are a lot of customers out there whose products would benefit from this functionality, but don't realise it.
