PropertyGrid: Add ordering modes
Three separate modes for RadPropertyGrid's ordering according to its states. OrderIndex should be respected in Sorted state/Grouped state/Both states (default value).

Please vote for this request! I need your help to get Telerik to fix this issue, as they claim that it is by design - but the design is flawed.

When using metadata annotations: when the Order property is set in the Display attribute, alphabetic ordering does not work. Alphabetic ordering should override the Order property. The order property value should apply to the grouped state only. Currently,
