Provide the option for displaying axes at both sides of the plot area at the same time.

We have investigated the different options into achieving synced axes on both sides of the chart area and we suggest a very simple work-around where an empty series needs to be added. You can set the desired axis to the VerticalAxis property of the series and bind its Minimum and Maximum to the ActualRange.Minimum and ActualRange.Maximum of the main VerticalAxis. You will also need to set the HorizontalLocation property of the axis, so that it is on the right hand side.
