Docking: Floating windows cannot be moved when running on a terminal server
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the WPF Controls Example application on a terminal server
2. Select Docking example
3. Try to move a floating windows by dragging it with the mouse
4. The window will move for a split second, but stop moving after that. (It behaves as if the mouse button was released after the initial move)

Issue reproduced using 2X (http://www.2x.com/it/rdp-client/). When you start dragging a Pane it will be released when it becomes a floating window. You can then start to drag again but it will be released as soon as you mouse over any Compass button.
Is this scenario ever going to be supported?
