Calendar: Add SelectedDates Dependency Property

Hi Telerik Team,

Would request you guys to consider the above requirement, which has been there for ages. In a current world, where MVVM is a way forward for WPF, not sure why this is skipped and component consumers are expected to write an AttachedProperty as workround and doesn't appear neat.

Really required feature.
No offense and a lot of respect for Telerik/Microsoft teams but not easy to understand why it hasn't been implemented yet
