[Bug][Licensing] License cannot be activated with Node 21.3.0

Describe the bug
The following error appears when activating the license of the Native Vue suite with Node 21.3.0

To Reproduce

  1. Install node 21.3.0
  2. Run npx kendo-ui-license activate
  3. See the unsuccessful activation error

Expected behavior
The license activation should work with all Node versions

In addition to the previous post here, the option for providing a different exit code is still on the table and we can consider it in the future.

Hello, everyone. 

The current bug is no longer replicable in Node 21.4.0. The issue seems to be triggered by changes in Node 21.3.0 that have been fixed in version 21.4.0. 

As the issue is no longer replicable with Node 21.4.0, the current bug will be closed.

Hi, Bastien.

Thank you for your suggestion. I've shared it with the team and we will discuss it further. Currently, I can neither confirm nor deny the implementation of the "exit code !=0" functionality.

The error should return an error too (exit code != 0), to be detected in scripts
